Shipping policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with FEW&CO, a commercial brand operated by Luxaltes 2020 S.à r.l.
1. Delivery area
FEW&CO currently focuses on deliveries within the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Delivery to other locations may be available upon request and subject to confirmation, additional delivery charges and specific delivery conditions.
2. Delivery methods
Depending on the product and order, deliveries may be made directly by FEW&CO or through selected suppliers, couriers or logistics partners.
Certain products, including personalised or made-to-order products, may be shipped directly from our production or supply partners to the customer.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product, availability, personalisation requirements and delivery location.
Any delivery date or timeframe displayed on our website or communicated before an order is confirmed is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
For personalised or made-to-order products, production time must be taken into account in addition to delivery time.
Where a specific delivery date is important, particularly for seasonal gifts, events or corporate occasions, customers are encouraged to place their orders sufficiently in advance.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout, included in the relevant quotation or otherwise communicated before the order is confirmed.
Charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, weight, delivery method and any special delivery requirements.
5. Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including where applicable:
- Company name
- Recipient or contact person
- Complete delivery address
- Postal code
- Telephone number or other contact information reasonably required for delivery
- Relevant access or delivery instructions
FEW&CO is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Workplace deliveries
As FEW&CO primarily serves businesses and workplace teams, customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during the applicable business or delivery hours.
Where relevant, customers should provide any information necessary to access the building, reception area or delivery point.
7. Multiple delivery addresses
Corporate gift orders or other services requiring delivery to multiple recipients or addresses may be available upon request.
Additional preparation, handling or delivery charges may apply. These will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
8. Personalised and seasonal orders
Personalised products, corporate gifts and seasonal products may require additional production and preparation time.
Estimated production and delivery schedules will be communicated where appropriate.
During periods of high demand, including the Christmas season, customers should place orders as early as possible.
9. Delays
We make reasonable efforts to meet communicated delivery estimates.
However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, transportation issues or other unforeseen events.
Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.
Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact FEW&CO promptly and provide the order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the affected products and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Failed deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible premises, absence of an appropriate recipient or another circumstance attributable to the customer, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.
We will contact the customer where reasonably possible to arrange an alternative solution.
